Terrible estate agency. Nita lied to us on multiple occasions telling us she personally will give us the contract and keys, frequently come to the property to check it and conduct the viewing. None of this ever happened and we ended up having to print off the contract and the tenants carried out the viewing. Nita never once came to the property herself to 'check it' and suggested we were lying when we told her about the maintenance issues when we first moved in. Any maintenance issue after that was poorly dealt with and took weeks to sort out. It took weeks to get someone in to fix our wardrobe door and even after it fell off injuring my partners leg it still took days to get it fixed.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
