This small business is all that is wrong with big fish in small pond syndrome. As a letting agent they are slow to respond, if at all and don't expect them to deal with repairs quickly. They are quite happy to rent properties breaching all health and safety ignoring their section 11 tenants rights. If you actually manage to get an inspection and Paul and Lorna do turn up expect Paul to be arrogant, dismissive and condescending. Lorna's telephone manner is also abrupt, unhelpful and also condescending. There are many many better local agents in the town.
