Fantastic experience with Darby & Liffen. They dealt with the sale of my property in Hopton with real care under difficult circumstances. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to friends and family. Their communication is great and they go way beyond the call of duty. Having dealt with a high street estate agent in the past and being totally disappointed, Darby & Liffen offer honest, friendly advice and a real personal service. 5 Stars all round, a tremendous company to deal with.

Fees would have been ok if the staff had kept me in contact as too what was going on with my property, instead of me having to keep ringing them. I withdrew my property from there books.

We have recently had the worst possible experience with this Estate Agent. They were absolutely great in the lead up to actually putting a deposit down on a house to rent but after the money changed hands we were treated terribly! Awful customer care. They are quick to take your money but don't care at all when it comes to any problems that need sorting. Absolutely shocking service and appalling customer care. Repairs are rarely- if ever- taken care of, and, if they are its only with constant phone calls where your made to feel like you're wasting their time. For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
