Just spoke to Emma,waited a time for call to be answered. She then suggested I call the contractors directly. Card in my door advised call w.h's! She gave me information I didn't ask for (I knew already) Apologies to whoever was waiting in call queue,now understandable,too much NOT required information given when Emma eventually did answer blah,blah blah= WHY??

I find Worthing Homes quite oppressive and think some of the executive staff are very poor with limited people skills if any with this lack of interst permeating down through the ranks.
