I would rather give 0 star if it is possible. A totally unreliable and unprofessional agent I would say. They never respond to tenant’s emails and calls. They arrange viewing without seeking tenant’s permission and thought they got the automatic right to enter a rented property by giving a 24-hour notice. They don’t even give any notices or give a notice less than 24 hours. The staff is rude and disrespectful and think they may bully you as they have been bullying university students in Selly Oak. Avoid this agent at all costs for both landlords and tenants to stay out of trouble!!!!!!

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
