Felt certain members of staff were rude, patronising, and aggressive. We were offered our holding deposit back, but were never given it; PLE seem to be claiming this is because we would not agree to a deduction, but we did agree on a few occasions. We have been offered some of our money back if we agree not to share our experiences publicly.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
