Do not use these absolute jokers .I've been living in my flat for five years and still haven't received the gas safety certificate. I asked every year but still not been issued with one. They are extremely interested in taking my rent payments each month but if I politely ask for repairs to be carried out they take literally years to do anything!. If you are thinking of using them my strong advice is DON'T.

The worst rental experience of my life - do not use these guys to rent or sell property. A family-run business with no professionalism and unethical letting practices. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
