I don’t know where to begin but here is a starter for ten: 1) didn’t check who actually legally owned a property before listing it. (I was the owner and I never even had a call) 2) repeatedly shut the office early on a Saturday 3) no viewings, no feedback, no stat reports. 4) clearly overpriced the property. 5) didn’t advise the estate agent managing the sale had left 6) lost the contract signed 7) didn’t return keys despite numerous requests 8) didn’t remove the listings despite being asked repeatedly. 4 months wasted by utter incompetence.
