No stars: utterly careless and useless for nearly 16 years. Where to start, about such an inertia-driven monolith, sucking in annual fees with little apparent interest in those of us paying those fees or in providing professional service? With the series of Property Managers who fail to answer emails or act at all without multiple prompts? Or their juniors who behave in the same way...and fail to follow up anything without prompts? Or their Managers who allow these employees to behave so casually? Or the lack of any transparent system (why not Slack, for example?) by which Landlords can report issues, share them, and record and see RS progress (or not, maybe that's why not) addressing those issues? It's prehistoric. RS are consistent with one thing - a bewildering lack of interest. Amongst other issues - premises security and safety being compromised by slow-to-no action at one time or on more than one occasion on, for example, broken doors, inoperable communal door key-pad, inoperable Flat-Front Door Camera/Intercom, broken lift, basement water ingress, gas-meter cupboard flooding, litter, rough sleepers, internal flooding and leaks into Flats, compromised Fire Safety key-boxes.
