Hindwoods have gone from bad to worse in their management of blocks. Jennifer Hawkins seems not to care although the management fees and other charges e.g. house insurance continue to rise. Over the years the deviation from the terms of the leases has been such that it is difficult to see what legal redress can be sought. Any suggestions?
