[[EDIT ORIGINAL START]] They refused to allow us access to our accounts for over a year. When we finally managed to get our financial details off them we found they had overcharged us by about £10,000 for work that wasn't even carried out. In the space of the few years that they managed the property the entire surplus built up over ten years disappeared and the block went downhill as repairs were not always carried out. No explanations were ever provided. They were even obstructive when we tried to leave them by claiming we had to give three months notice despite it only being one month. Avoid this company at all costs. Anthony Tokatly is a horrible man and, I believe, either incompetent or criminal. Fix the problem, or at least let occupants know what action will be taken. Respond to correspondence. Do their job as managing agents.

This agent is awful. They were acting as agent for us during major works. It seems that they were rather 'cosy' with the contractor who ended up carrying out the works (they employed the contractors' daughter).
