First I thought rent through a branded estate agent but they charge one and half month rent as their commission to find a tenant. I found Ahmed who offered me only one week rent as a commission to let the property find professional tenant and reference check . I agreed and they found a working couple within 3 days and let my place . which was wonderful . Highly Recommended.

RENT IS NOT GURANTEED, they owe me and other landlord totalling thousands in rent arrear and still increasing THEY HOUSE COUNCIL TENANTS, NOT PRIVATE TENANTS AS PROMISED WHEN SIGNING UP CONTRACT! DO NOT TRUST AHMED KAWSER, he is a scammer, a liar, he will stop paying rent when you issue eviction
