If I could - I would leave them zero. Terrible people, horrible attitude. They've been using our street as free billboard display for their own advertisement!!! When my wife went to ask them to remove their free adverts hanging there for months!!!! they were extremely rude and accused my wife of being aggressive. We were their customer at some point but they just don't care. Disgusting people!!!! Normally I would support local business but these monsters don't deserve being supported.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Change of personnel (Calvin is not up to it). Apology from Damien Farmer to my wife for being rude and offer a goodwill contribution to to me to cover some of the £3,000 I have lost (they know whe we are).
