I have just purchased a property through merrys estate agent. They were very helpful with the whole process. Although I was buying and not selling Colin was very helpful with advice made the process very smooth. I would use this company to sell my house every time. Regards Chris Drury

Extremely disappointed. I would not use Merrys again. An agreed fee was reneged upon. Having queried this error by telephone I was assured that this would be rectified on the final contract; it was not changed. What agent could do to change your mind?
Flat-rate fee as far as I know, so Merrys have no interest in the Sale price - they still get their money.

Excelent feedback. Would highly recommend their service if your within the Northampton area. Valuer came out to our property and offered a very friendly service and gave an honest opinion. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
