Russell was fantastic during our purchase. He was really informative about the property and very welcoming during our multiple visits before we decided to make an offer. Russell was really on the ball and helped to progress the sale very quickly. It can be quite daunting being first time buyers but Russell made the experience a pleasure. We would highly recommend him.
