These guys are nice cowboys, playing at being letting agents, they poorly manage properties don't have a clue about rules and regulations. You pay them a management fee, but they do the bare minimum if that, no inventory, inspections only when you ask and hide things from you, the list can go on and on. You are better paying a few % more and going to a decent outfit....AVOID...use bramleys, Dawson, Dacre and Sons etc

Well what can I say.... From start to finish Dave was an absolute gem. Nothing was too much trouble for Dave especially when I was constantly bugging him with questions until the rental agreement completed. Would highly recommend for anyone who is in doubt to use Oxleys and no one else... Read Full Review
