Complaints Procedure
Potters is a family business that prides itself on being the best. If we have fallen short of your expectations in any way, we would like to hear from you. Please don’t keep quite or feel that you will cause offence, on the contrary you will help us improve our business by speaking up. In the unlikely event that we can not resolve your complaint once you have had our final written response you have the option to escalate your complaint to the Property Ombudsman. This must be done within twelve months of receiving our final response.
