appalled at the condition of the student house my son has signed up for - the agent are knowingly acting for a cynical landlord who has only agreed to minimal repairs to stay legal. The house is dirty and in disrepair throughout with mould and broken fixtures and fittings. No credible agency with a moral compass should be acting on behalf of a landlord such as this, preying on naive students who don't know any better in a market where there appears to be limited choice.
