I was a tenant in one of their properties for 12 months and whenever we had an issue with the property CB estates were quick to reply and sort the problem which was amazing. However, when we moved in to the house there were door knobs and locks missing as well as rotted wood in some of the doors and cupboards. They were quick to sort the locks and and door knobs, but the older wood remained. The house wasn’t cheap to rent but was cheaply fitted in terms of carpets and fixtures which was a shame, especially knowing the previous tenants paid a fraction of what we were paying. Towards the end of tenancy the customer care dropped quite a bit and emails were ignored and communication was scuffed up. Chris himself seems great at communicating and customer service, but other staff members are lacking in this skill set and I think let the company down.
