After dealing with some appalling letting agents in the past, Lines & James are a complete revelation. One of the best letting agents I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with (yes really!) They are efficient, prompt, polite, call you back when they say they will, and have sorted out the few issues we have had very quickly. When the time comes to move, I will definitely look to get the next property through them.
