AVOID AVOID, please do not trust this company at any cost, we rented for over 7 years, done loads to the property, rent always paid on time, never bothered anyone, done our own repairs, We are both retired and I am terminally ill, for no fault of our own we were served an eviction 21 notice by Mark Smith, we were devastated but Mark did not show any compassion what so ever, we explained to Mark that we had applied for over 70 properties, his answer was

If you want to be harassed and lied to then this is the agent to use . Our dealings with Mark Smith have been nothing but belittling and stressful .
