As a letting agent they are very rude to the neighbours, of which I am one, to their clients/landlords. Their client took out a down pipe 18 months ago and I now have a leak in my bedroom where the water is accumulating because the gutters are choked up with mud and moss preventing free flowing water to my down pipe. My roof has recently been biocided to keep the moss at bay and has the gutters cleaned out (every year) and now has black brushes inside to help maintain the moss build up for easier removal and allow free flowing water to my downpipe. I am mid terraced. One neighbour cleaned their gutters but the leak still happened. I am waiting to redecorate and need a date to plan this. Remember, I am saving 500 quid insurance payout that I would litigate them for as they are the cause of my leak. I have tried everything to be nice and accommodating to secure an easy resolution, but Andrew Milson have not helped resolve this issue and my neighbours landlord, the Goodmans, have ignored repeated requests to clean them. I even got a cheap quote but refused to pay for it myself in case the gutters break and make me liable for their replacement. I am now lining up solicitors and making efforts to protect my property. I am also looking at options to sell up and I will definitely not use Andrew Milsom for that either. Andrew Milsom are very rude and highly unprofessional, specifically the owner Jo and her assistant Kate.
