I have rented a property with Redbrik for 5 years, at the beginning of the tenancy I had no issues but the last couple of years I have found them to be unprofessional, rude, patronising and incompetent at best. They say one thing and do another, tell you work will be done and it never is, don’t deal with emergencies as they should, the priority helpline for emergencies no one is there when you need them. I had a huge flood the week before Xmas and the water was over ankle deep throughout the whole downstairs the priority services told me they couldn’t come out till the agents opened and then I was told to take the carpets up and dry them on the grass outside - it was the coldest week of the year. I was also told to use a mop and bucket to get the water up. These are examples of numerous issues with them. I was also told when I left my tenancy 3 weeks early that if they had bookings for viewings then the landlord would be happy for me not to pay the amount originally asked, the house had full viewings and has now been let and I have now been told I have to pay the original amount even though previously they had said the opposite. Thoroughly and extremely disappointed and let down and wouldn’t recommend to anyone
