We rented for just over 1 year, reported several faults during this period of which some where resolved, 1 being the central heating was in poor condition, the landlord requested a rent increase the following year of which we challenged until the central heating was resolved, the central heating failed during the coldest winter on record and we were without heating/hot water for 3 days. As we did not pay the increase in rent the Landlord was upset and issued us a eviction notice (joke right) appears Sage Ward didn't even tell them we had challenged the proposed rent increase. Sage Wage said I was lying, even thou I provided emails with the reports, no apologies were given. In summary from the outside they look great, but very poor services, We didn't sign the inventory as we raised concerns of which they failed to respond. Again all proof via emails held, fully decorated the house on moving out, better condition than when we moved in and they still have request just under £500 of our deposit, Gold star award company that hopes to charge £90 to grout four screw holes? WARNING keep any written correspondence, you will need it.
