SCAM ARTISTS If you need to sell your home quickly...please....please....please don't risk using this company. They offer a reasonable price to get your business then at the last moment ( when you've spent money or moved your tenant out) they MASSIVLEY reduce their offer. So in essence they put you in a more vulnerable position then swoop in to take advantage of your situation. I've decided to cut out the middle man and auction it off myself. I've learnt a valuable lesson. These house buying companies are sharks. I am now making it my mission to find as many review sites as possible to try to stop everyday people from being manipulated by these people.
