These guys give cowboys a bad name! Avoid at all costs and I’m supposed to be an old friend from schools! I sold a house via them in the late 80’s they did a good job. Let my house out and they were horrendous. Tenant failed to look after garden, when they moved out I spent just under £2k to fix thinking I’d get that back from the security deposit, no Robb kept that as the tenants had not paid any rent for 12 months & they didn’t get their mgmnt fee so they kept that. As a mgmnt company they didn’t know that after 2 months of non rental payment they could have it paid directly…. No I had to tell then andcso them how to apply! All in all, a shower of idiots that couldn’t manage their way out a wet paper bag! Avoid

Could not recommend this landlord at all for a domestic rental. Negligent from the get go, reported smoke alarm several times but they didn't care to fix it.
