Very rude, condescending head of letting Kevin Mcintosh. As soon as you have signed for a property you no longer matter to this letting agent. Will put his own interests above all tenants. Will not listen, help or advise on ANY matter, everything is far to much trouble. DO NOT USE THIS AGENT FOR RENTING.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Improve customer service dramatically. Just because you are a letting agent does not mean you do not need to provide the bests service you can. Stop treating tenants as second class citizens, we pay our rent on time so treat us with the respect we deserve.

AVOID! Humphreys of Chester conducted both property inspections on 8th February 2024 and 11th February 2025. What agent could do to change your mind?

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
