Awful Estate Agents. Stay away! Extremely unprofessional. Kat if you continue to act like this I will be in touch with the Police and the Press. You are a terrible Estate Agent. Be warned Kat does not vet who she places in houses. I had a tenant trash my house and she didn't care and would not move them. The poor other tenants next door had to suffer verbal and threatening behavior for months and i was financially screwed.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
