Tried contacting Carver Group in Richmond twice about a current property that's listed on their website as available for sale, never heard anything from them. They're doing a disservice to their customers by not responding to interested buyers.

23 Feb 2023Hi David, apologies that you feel like this, I have checked all our emails and voicemails for the last week and can't seem to find a record for anyone with the name David. Our branches are extremely busy and I would suggest that if a call is not answered it is likely that we are engaged with other clients, either in person or on the phone, in this case is is best to leave a voicemail or send an equiry via our website or the property portal you saw the property on and we will definitely respond.
