We can only speak for our own experience, obviously, however, being out of the country for work, we have to rely on our management company. Corey, at countrywide, has dealt with our tenants and relayed through communications. We are impressed with the the feedback and efficiency. We do also understand that Corey and her team, ultimately have to rely upon outsourced contractors, therefore, this has to be accounted for, should there be any delays or complaints regarding works by contractors.

very poor service. give the landlord wrong information. I asked them to fix my out build and I paid them GBP 800 then after 3 month they said sorry we did not do it because the tenant said NO. In the 10 or so years that Countrywide has managed our block of flats, we've received exceptional service. Colin Anderson has been our property manager and not only does he respond to all emails really speedily, but he sorts out any issues without hassle. I am trying to think of any negatives...
