Wards and Partners have a very pro-active approach to selling houses and this was evident in the way (big) Mark in the Hythe office operated. He was always courteous, enthusiastic and friendly, as indeed were all the staff, whenever I visited their offices and it was clear that he wanted to make the sale. Having had my property on the market with another agent for 5 months (admittedly over the dreary winter months) with a reasonable number of viewings but no sale I decided to go to Wards as a result of a mail shot they sent me. Mark worked tirelessly to sell my property and achieved a sale 6 months later - a sign of the difficult times - at a very acceptable price. I would have no hesitation in recommending Ward and Partners to anyone selling their house as their negotiators work very hard to achieve a sale and there was never any doubt about this, unlike some estate agents who sometimes appear to have a "take-it-or-leave" attitude. Ward and Partners' sole aim is to achieve that crucial sale.

What can we say - we were selling my Aunts house to move her closer to us. Ward and Partners insisted on their solicitors there was no option they said, oh and they prefer their fees on exchange not completion.
