Robert Ferris is an excellent management company. They are easily accessible and efficient. They take on board any issues which may arise and deal with them with immediacy and profiency. They also are open to suggestions for improvements to the buildings. The buildings are clean and well lit. The lifts although slow are inspected and maintained. There is a caretaker/ handyman available and the outside area is kept very neat. The management fees are reasonable and all accounts are available for scrutiny at an annual general meeting. This is a very professional firm with a personal touch.
