Abigail patiently showed me around the house on three different trips, was lovely and welcoming about the area and I felt honest and open about the house itself. She made me feel really comfortable and it was such a great intro to the house, no wonder I came back 3 times! She was also always quick and responsive which I really appreciate. Emma then looked after the sale process once my offer was accepted, and was a big help in passing on information and helping to move along the sale. She was really friendly and helped make the process as stress free as possible. I'm a first time buyer but Emma never made me feel like my queries were silly, which I'm really grateful for.
