For 6 months my wife and I have had a leak in the roof of our flat, which was managed by Abbey Forth Property Management. Stuart Dalziell has on numerous occasions given us his word the leak will be fixed, with no result. His word is useless. My wife is now 34 weeks pregnant and can't get in and out of our flat, as the door is so swollen and cracked which has resulted in the door handle detaching completely, leaving my wife in a vulnerable position if faced with an emergency. I work away 2 weeks at a time and can't always be there if something were to go wrong. I can't understand how this man could allow someone who is a high risk pregnancy, to be kept in this deteriorating position. I would avoid Abbey Forth Property management. They've proven themselves utterly incompetent and have complete disregard to the health and safety of their customers.
