Diane Morgan is the worst letting agent ever in my history with agent / totally rude - disloyal and not efficient She hung up the phone twice - she was not transparent not gave feedback regarding the property we wanted to view / even after going back and forth she has displayed unprofessionalism to client and process to get the property

Just been on the Information Commissioners Office, ie ICO of which you need to legally be a member to hold clients data , Conrad Fox allegedly do not seem to be a part of this scheme, so would recommend that any client or tenant sue them holding information on them selves good luck ... Why is the director Lynn Smither using her maiden name? My flat was shared-ownership and I felt that Conrad Fox treated me with as much respect as if I had been selling a £1m property. Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
