DO NOT INSTRUCT THIS COMPANY TO SELL YOUR HOUSE. They are guilty of false advertising, breaching GDPR and publicly distributing leaflets with false information and specifics related to my home without my consent. My home was listed by Charles Henry Peppiatt and is now under offer. The company has now used a photograph of my home in their marketing materials without my consent and without notifying me. They have included the photo of my home alongside false information about the specifics of the sale, stating 'We have managed to sell this property above asking' which is completely false. The home is under offer, at a sale price below asking, thanks to CHP. This leaflet was mailed to all residents of the local area, within a week of my accepting the offer, potentially jeopardising the sale, and spreading misinformation. Do not list your home with CHP.
