Had an absolutely terrible experience with Jessica. She was absolutely lovely till it came to issues with the tenents. Other company prices were less but we went with her as she promised a personal touch and we were reassured that she was local. Unfortunately, although she promised she would do a walk through with the tenents before and after their check out to ensure our property was well looked after and the tenents were who this said they were, she did not. Frustratingly when we initially asked if the walk through was completed, we did not get any straight answers and had to go through cameras to confirm that she had not committed to what she said. She was not transparent regarding extra fees. With regards to after tenents left she fixed obvious damages but clearly did not do an inspection to fix things that we discovered broken/damaged after, especially damages to the sofa. When we discovered urgent issues regarding the tenents and messaged or called, she was never quick to respond and seemed too busy. It honestly felt like she didn't care.
