Very badly managed. They are not willing to listen and get repairs done in a timely manner. We had mould in the bedroom which was causing allergy reactions. We even had a GP letter to support that health was being affected and the urgency of getting the place treated. This was still ignored. When we vacated they tried to take our deposit, but this did not work. I would not touch this agency with a barge pole. Very uncaring and greedy!
