Please no one go near victory lettings. I was with them for a year and their landlord( jim groves) breached gdpr rules and broke the law. He also threatened me and said I was too deep in over my head and that I should just forget it and move on. The condition of the house is no wear near liveable as it has Mold inside that’s been there for years and they deny it. Also the windows and doors don’t close properly and allow water damage and Mold to grow easily and allow allot of wind through. If anyone would like anymore information then I can post pictures from when I lived there

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
