Really poor, don't seem to want your business. We are looking to sell our home. Sent them a valuation visit request via their online portal. Received online confirmation that someone will be in touch soon. Never heard anything!! 4 days later followed this up with a direct email to Diss office. Yet again silence and no contact. Tried phoning, no answer. We give up it appears they don't want potential properties to sell and are clearly not very potential customer focussed.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed).
