Aviod Aviod Aviod They pay way below market rent and do not increase. Same rate since the start of the lease 2016. Property is overcrowded, there is a tenant with 3-4 people in a 1-bedroom flat causing damages. Lease ended April 2022, now a year later I have still not gotten my property back. I have been trying to get property back without much luck. Quit notice has been issued. They do not follow the terms of their own lease.
