"We had absolutely no idea where to start and were completely overwhelmed by the whole prospect and you just took all that pressure off us. If anyone had told us that it was possible to buy our ideal flat in London in just one day of viewings, we would not have believed it. We want you to know that three months on we are absolutely sure we made the right decision and it just wouldn't have been possible without you. So a huge thank you for all your hard work which made buying a property so easy for us."
