Probably the worst estate agency I have ever come across. I was looking for a property with my partner, found a place that we wanted to view in Warmley, Bristol. We got to the viewing 10 minutes early and the agent called as we got there and cancelled the viewing because she hasn't heard back from the landlord, she explained that she messaged the landlord the night before for access but apparently she hasn't heard yes or no in response. Why carry on with the viewing if you had no response from landlord and cancel 10 minutes before? My partner worked a night shift the night before and had to get up after a long shift and 2 hours sleep to see this house! I took an entire morning off work for nothing. We were then meant to get a call back from that agent (either Emma/Hannah- can't remember) but her phone has been switched off for ages. Called the office multiple times, requested another viewing and for the agent to call me back but after numerous failed attempts we have had NO RESPONSE AT ALL! Please don't use this agency, they are so unprofessional, ignorant and careless.
