On behalf of myself and my partner Laura we would like to thank Pamela Livingstone and the team at Raeside Chisholm Solicitors Limited for everything they did for us when moving house. Due to a previous solicitors letting us down by taking us on and then saying they were unable to deal with our sale due to being too busy and not having the right staff we were very close to losing our dream home until we met Pamela at Raeside Chisholm. We were selling 2 houses and buying another and she was able to turn things around in an unbelievably short time frame as we faced pressure from our mortgage company, buyers and sellers. The stress was unreal from the many things that went wrong before we met Pamela but she managed to take it all away to get us our home. She is such a friendly and reassuring person and the contact was daily in keeping us up to date with what was happening. Any email we were sent was very clear in instructions of what we needed to do and she was very available to talk to when we had any issues. The fees for services were very reasonable and clear to understand. We honestly thought everything was going to fall apart until we had Pamela taking us onboard. Right up until the last day when things were still going wrong for us through mortgage providers and estate agents, she was there to fix it.
