Right from the outset Chloe was helpful and accommodating, she set up a viewing the same day I called, came to find me when I got lost, and was very friendly. I have had good communication throughout the application process, the application fee was reasonable in respect to other agents in the area, both her email and phone contact was filled with the information I needed. The process took as long as I needed due to notice moving from our last property, we were not rushed or hounded in any respect. A pleasure to deal with.
