Contacted JK on the run up to putting my parents' house on the market in April this year for advice and then commissioned them to sell it in April. Warren was superb throughout from the valuation and photographs all the way to completion. He did what he said he would and when he said he would. He kept in contact with my Mum and Dad as well as the purchasers' and our solicitors and made sure were always aware of the latest developments. I couldn't fault him nor JK and wouldn't hesitate to use them again,

This girl is so rude and took shine off me getting keys to my house. I don't know why some agents think their job is that important to be rude and condescending to paying customers.
