Rob' service is head and shoulders above that provided by my previous (2) letting agents. He responds promptly to both tennant and landlord enquries. On many occasions he has foreseen developing issues and provided sound advice and assistance to minimise diuficulties for both tennant and landlord. In addition to his wealth of knowledge on the letting of properties, he can mobilise reliable contractors at short notice to deal with problems and minimise time between lettings.
