Susan at Keats was brilliant. She is experienced, and skilled in negotiations and is an excellent communicator who demonstrated great respect for me as the client and made me feel everything was in her capable hands. She was one step ahead at every stage of the sale of my flat, liaising with both solicitors, myself and the buyer and kept things moving in a positive atmosphere without me ever having to chase. She also gave excellent advice along the way. It was the best and least stressful experience of buying or selling I’ve had. I also bought the property originally with Keats and have always found them very straightforward, honest and realistic to deal with and would definitely use them again.

Avoid this agency if possible, they are going to waste your time. They would ask you send first months rent plus the full deposit before signing a tenancy agreement.
