I went to see Belvoir on Thursday, the 29th September, made a payment of the deposit for my 2 bedroomed unfurnished flat. They refused to give me the keys until the 30th. I collected the keys on the 30th September at 11am then i moved into flat that same night. I was not told that at the new flat there's no electricity at the flat. Efforts to call Scottish Power proved futile. Amelia never warned me about no electricity at this property. I emailed the landlord, Carla who didn't help in any way. My son & i spent the weekend in a cold house where we could not cook. I'm really disappointed with this service. I want out of this contract. Let me find another place to stay where there is electricity.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
