Very professional and quick. Bought a house via Innovate and Karen was dealing with it. I was super impressed how stress free Karen/Innovate made the the whole process. I used Innovate's recommended solicitor and they were equally fantastic. I would and have recommended Innovate to others already.

Embarrassing estate agency. Walk in and feel unwelcome immediately. Office is scruffy and staff are too concerned with their mobile phones to take any real interest in walk in customers. Avoid and go 100 yards each way of there office you will find much more professional estate ... Read Full Review

For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
